CrossTown Design Build partnered with Pilot Project Brewing to create two locations in Milwaukee, WI, and Chicago, IL. These projects involved transforming existing structures into contemporary brewery spaces, equipped with modern brewing facilities, stylish taprooms, and inviting community areas. Highlights from the sites include an open-concept layout featuring exposed beams and industrial design elements, while the and a seamless blend of functionality and modern aesthetics.
